"I scheduled a physical exam with them and I specifically told them I wanted a physical exam. They billed the appointment as an office visit, sent me a $1100 bill, then said it's because they don't do physical exams for new patient visits. No one informed me of this policy before scheduling. Absolute scam. I'll find another doctor."

"Dr Ankolekar and her team is so wonderful and pleasant! I was new to getting some labs for a different organization and they made the process so easy and quick! For urgent care, I can see how their friendliness and desire to help would be well-suited. I don’t need urgent care much but if I did, I would definitely return for them! Thanks to the team again!"

"Came in with specific and serious health concerns, was completely ignored and told my cholesterol was high and to get my blood checked in 6 months (I already provided this information to them as part of intake under direction of my cardiologist). A while later had recurrence of back pain and asked for a referral. They insisted I come in, ignored everything about my back/why I came in, informed me about the cholesterol again, and told me not to worry about any other concerns or symptoms unless I developed a fever or other signs of infection. After some pressing I managed to get a referral. Unfortunately, they referred me to a doctor who has been dead for 4 years and was charged/convicted of crimes and sentenced to prison in the years before that. Have asked for clarification via portal a few times in the weeks since to no reply. Would leave fewer than one star if possible - these doctors are less than worthless. Is it setting too high a bar to expect to be referred to a legally practicing professional who has been alive this decade?"

"Called for mammogram and told the staff that I had a lump, was given an appt a month away. Waited for 20 mins on the phone just to confirm the appt, had to create a my care profile just for this appt. Showed up with my lump...to be told I needed a new appt, a different appt. What kind of healthcare is this exactly? So I take time off for a miserable procedure to be told that I have to wait again."

"This urgent care been our place to go for the last 10 years. Not sure why only 3 stars, don't have anything negative to say. Everyone always very professional, nice and courteous. Was there few days ago, got in and out pretty quick, including xray. Great service. Thank you everyone. Don't want to be back, but if need to it's still my place to go."
