"Not professional at all- I was standing and waited for 30 minutes while they were checking my insurance policy. They explained to me that they had to charge $225 because it was out of network. I thought weird because this was the place where my co-worker recommended me who had a same insurance coverage with me and he only paid $15. I had no choice but to pay because I needed to see a provider/doctor. I talked to my insurance company to make sure while I was waiting and I realized they were wrong- it was in-network, I didn’t have to pay more, they just wasted my time. Additionally, the provider said he would send a prescription to my pharmacist but still my pharmacist didn’t receive it. I was in pain for two days after my visit. I really don’t recommend this place."

"I came as a walk-in half an hour before closing and they were still able to take me in (it was also the only place open past 8pm which I appreciated). My medical assistant Zulalkha was incredibly nice and kept me relaxed, great service overall."

"My left eye was irritated, and I went to this urgent care center since it was the nearest one. I walked in, and woman at the front helped me with navigating through the app. The diagnosis was very quick, and the doctor found out that there was a small scratch on my eye (probably due to sleeping with eye contacts on). I was in there for less than 30 minutes, and I didn’t even make an appointment. Very accommodating staff too."
