"I am reluctant to share this review here as I do not want this good place to be overwhelmed by patients who are looking for quality urgent care. This Urgent Care far surpassed what I would expect and has become my go-to place for my urgent needs in the future. I booked a last-minute appointment at the end of a Monday and was able to talk to the doctor (her name is Liz) on duty there 5 minutes after check in. The doctor took her time to carefully examine my pain including some basic physical exams, asked a lot of questions related to symptom history and even read the blood & ultrasound test reports (previously conducted with my primary care doctor) I brought with me. She spent more time with me (approx. 30-40 mins) than what my typical appointment with my primary care provider would offer. After confirming with me, she ordered additional ultrasound test that would complement previous tests I have done. Given that I am a patient she has never seen before, she did what she could to help me and I greatly appreciate that. To my surprise, they are very transparent and competitive with pricing. Within a few minutes after booking appointment online, a representative called me to verify my insurance and tell me what my copay would be right away. With my insurance, I ended up paying just 1/2 of what I would normally pay for one visit to my primary care clinic for this urgent care visit. This is a new location that has opened for just 4 months."

"My first visit to ANY urgent care facility in 76 years! I made my appointment on the website--they could have taken me immediately. The receptionist and the medical assistants were very professional, polite caring, and knowledgeable. I left with a recommendation for two over the counter meds, as well as a prescription. I was also relieved to hear my lungs were clear. It is so nice to have this facility close by. We will not hesitate to return if needed."

"Wonderfully clean, bright, welcoming environment and staff. Terrific and wonderful to have such an efficient and knowledgeable place to receive health care. And wonderfully surprising that they accepted my insurance (Kaiser) when I couldn’t get an urgent care appointment in several days.
