"The person who was helping me with my optical adjustments was very helpful and friendly. However, the people on your front desk needs to take many courses on conducting themselves in friendly manners. They don't have to show clients that they don't like talking to us either on the phone and in the clinic. It's because of the front desk personnel that I knocked one star off in this review."

"Everyone was very helpful and patient. I was under a lot of stress that day, so I forgot a couple items for the appointment. I was allowed to call the next day with the information. Everyone from the Front Desk Office personnel to the Doctor were very good in explaining what to expect and the results of the testing. My only disappointment was I thought I would see my previous doctor, but got someone else. But the Doctor that did see me was very professional and patient. SA"

"Last week, I stopped in to schedule an appointment for second eye surgery. Staff was very helpful and courteous and found an appointment. Next, I visited Dr. Adgazi for a checkup before surgery scheduling; again, staff was helpful and courteous. I scheduled another appointment to review insurance and schedule surgery; however the Center needed another authorization. Once more, staff called to advise me of the new authorization and we will schedule when it is received. I am very pleased with the service and care at Redwood Eye Center."
