"Although the staff is nice the time spent waiting for an appointment which had a specific set time is unacceptable. I spent 3 hours waiting after I was told to show up 20 minutes early. There has to be a better schedule system in place ."

"We have been coming here for a couple of months now. Both; the chiropractor and the doctor are pretty cool and helpful. I can’t say the same for the front desk staff. Most of them seem miserable and give you an attitude if god forbid you ask a question or request their help. Otherwise I’d give this place a 5-Star Review Parking is full most of the time and or not enough parking spots are available because people park like Jack assess and take more than one spot for a single POS beat up sedan or truck"

"The physical therapists Nelson and Shelby are the best! They helped learn how to walk again and helped to strengthen my right arm and wrist. They worked with me 3 times a week for 4 months to get me where I am today! I'm still healing, but without them, I'd be struggling! Outstanding employees! The Accupuncturist is friendly and helped to alleviate the pain in my wrist to give it more movement. She even cured my tinnitus! She's the best! Love your work ethic and provided calming sounds to relax me in the room! Outstanding!"

"Very unprofessional staff mostly the doctor that was assigned to me. I was told to see my primary provider and then return. I saw my primary provider the very following day and then returned right after my appointment with a medical clearance form where I was deemed to have no restrictions. I was then still out off for four days. The doctor admonished me for returning after visit with my doctor. I was told that there is no need for us to be going back and forth. With out even asking for the results I was also told by Concentra’s physician that there is no way my pressure is lower after being checked by my primary which was incorrect. My pressure was lower although I did not say anything after being told this. This location is very unorganized and seems understaffed. I would never return to this location. Doctor just seems very rude and overworked."
