"The front desk lady was extremely helpful and nice. I made my appointment for the wrong day but was leaving town to where I live and do not have labcorp. She told me what other places also do morning walk-ins and what ones do all day but close for lunch. Then, when I tried calling other places with no answers at all. I went back in asking for help and she was very happy to. Since locations are very short staffed not all are taking walk-ins or have limited hours/dates for walk-ins. Don't mistake their rudeness for their limitations in dealing with rude people that have come before you. They are working long hours to continue provide a service despite labor shortages. I am grateful for them being there on a Saturday morning!!"
"NO SIGNAGE on building, on E. 14th Street, or in parking lot, or barely once inside the building. Dirty, tiny waiting area with 5 ragged chairs, bathroom dirty, no instructions on how to use the scan feature to check-in, and when I asked the rude front desk staff, she snapped, “We can’t put up any signs in here.” ❓The phlebotomist was pleasant but I had to practically beg her to use a Butterfly needle for my blood draw. Terrible experience. Will never use this place again. LabCorp—Corporate—where are you???"
"The only problems we're experienced is when the doctor's office fails to send work orders to LabCorp. This has happened a few times. We make an appt, show up and their office have nothing. Not their fault"
"Customer service at this location leaves a lot to be desired. My husband went to drop off our child's lab sample on a Saturday. Location closes at 12pm and he arrived at 11:54am (again, for a DROP-OFF - not as a walk-in for full service). The woman at the front rudely announced they were "closed" and provided no other option - meaning we'd have to wait until Monday to drop off at that or another location (or, more likely, have to submit a new specimen due to spoilage). Closing at 12 noon means just that - 12 noon, not 11:50 or 11:55, especially for something as simple as a drop-off. Judging from other reviews, this is not a rare experience. We opted for this location because we were short on time to meet the 12pm close time, but I highly recommend the Castro Valley location if that's an option for folks. They are consistently courteous, clean and timely."
"Not really one to leave bad reviews. I usually go here with a doctor order And I have to pay for my panel order. I came by this morning for a drop in, no order. And was turned down, when my drop in appointment came up. Is this normal? One of the technicians gave me this phone number that goes to a Steel company which is an honest mistake, but doesn't make up for service. I was on website yesterday and was under the impression that I could just drop in. If they are a service business you should be able to recieve a service. I wasted gas and time please fix this."
