"Arianna planned a trip to Switzerland for me in February 2020, and I found her to be incredibly responsive, detailed, and a good listener. She understood my needs and immediately went to work on creating an itinerary that matched my needs perfectly, as I appreciate the "finer things in life" but didn't want to break the bank. She found uniquely beautiful accommodations and activities and understood my desire to "sight-see" the popular areas while building in pit stops to some of the lesser-known areas - the perfect combo for my style! Bonus points - halfway through the trip, I left my backpack on the train (with my passport and laptop) and was so desperate for help that I called her, even though it's not her job to assist with things like that. She was able to re-route me and gave me explicit instructions on which trains to take in order to return to that station, helped me call the train station, and ended up finding the backpack. 12/10 recommend Real Honey and can't wait for the next trip!"
