"Had to call 5 times to get a sleep study booked. Had to call 3 times to get results. Sat on a video appointment for over 1 hour no one showed up. Called the office to find out what was going on and now they have me on hold for over 20 minutes. I can’t imagine anyone would want a Dr office who treats you like this. Oh wait now I got another call while on hold and it was his office, calling to tell me, they saw me online and unfortunately the doctor never picked up because he didn’t even have my results. Even worse!!!!!!"

"I have been with them about 5 years for B12 shots and about couple years for my allergies shots. Sometimes the stuff people was not treated me fairly. They kicked me out sometimes and times When they are happy I will take me with no question but if they are not happy then they kicked me out and said I am late!!! (I am late because they lets me waiting in the waiting room) I have to take 3 hours off from work for my shot every time because I my job done at 7 pm and they are closed because that. However I have to say Thank you because my allergies are much better than before I came here!! Thank you all Doctors are very nice and friendly!!!"

"I scheduled an appointment with Dr. Ali at Jiva Health on January 14, hopeful for the promised quick assistance within a week. Unfortunately, it’s now January 31, and I have yet to receive a follow-up call or any form of communication from the clinic. My attempts to reach out have been met with an automated response stating that they are still working on it, but weeks have passed without any progress or update. This lack of communication and follow-through is unacceptable and has left me feeling neglected and frustrated as a patient. I expected much more from a health service provider, especially in terms of patient care and professionalism."

"This is a practice that's focused on scamming your insurance for all its got and wasting your time with office visits. Most of the doctors aren't punctual and will make you wait 15-20min for your appt, then cut your visit short because they "have the next patient waiting." On the administrative/clerical side, they also need a lot of improvement as they have a high turn over with staff and the internal tensions are evident to outside patients. Lastly, almost every time I'm there, there's a pharmaceutical rep schmoozing with the doc's.... that should explain a lot about the type of practice this is."

"I came in today for my first evaluation as a new patient. Unfortunately, I never saw the provider and left with a refund. I had a 2:00 pm appointment and the provider (Denise NP) decided to see the 2:30 pm appointment before me. I was in a patient room waiting for about 45 minutes. I came and talked to the MAs to see what was happening and they said they thought I was currently being seen. The provider said they saw the other patient first (despite their appointment being after mine) because they arrived first. The MAs however confirmed that I arrived shortly after. Denise was already putting blame on me before being seen as a new patient. I do not recommend their medical clinic. It is outdated and felt impersonal. She didn’t see me and she told the MAs that I arrived second. It was disrespectful to me and my time. Please choose another provider where rules are followed for best patient care."
