I never felt the hesitation telling Dr. Chen or Dr. Lin of any areas of concern or asking for questions. I originally came for shoulder and back problems but was curious about kidney, heart realignment and womb toning. Dr. Chen incorporated those to my treatment. Coming to their clinic, it felt like seeing family. Sincerely caring people. They also have Chinese medicine that they recommended for organs of concern. My shoulders and sleep are better. ""DON'T COME THIS PLACE _ BAD SERVICE EVER" My sister suffered a broken shoulder blade at the end of 2022 caused by a serious accident. Even now, when the bone has healed, it still aches and pains sometimes, so I took her to see a doctor to ask for a referral for acupuncture, in the hope that it will help relieve her aches and pains. The doctor introduced my sister to this place, so I helped her make an appointment. On the phone, the receptionist asked me informational questions about the accident. I read her the lawyer's phone number so she could ask for information related to the accident. She only wrote down information on paper and did not give me a form like "Auto Lien", like other service places usually have for customers to fill out. She told me to come tomorrow and she would give me a form to fill out, but the next day when my sister and I came, we didn't see any forms. On the desk are just messy papers, looking very unprofessional. She didn't even say hello to us, but instead blamed us for the fact that the phone number of the lawyer we gave was unreachable. Because she WROTE down the WRONG number and blamed us. I don't know who is wrong and who is right in this matter, but talking angrily and not letting the customer explain is unacceptable. She also blamed us for wasting a lot of time taking care of my sister's case. After a while, Dr. Chen Lin came out and chased us away, saying: "I won't treat your sister, because her case takes up too much of our time." After hearing that sentence, we were extremely shocked. They were the ones who received the wrong information, why did they treat us like that? Is this how a doctor talks to a patient, or does he even know what a doctor should be like? This is the first time in my life I have encountered such bad service. They did not dedicate themselves to consulting or helping my sister quickly receive treatment to recover quickly, but they also blamed us for wasting a lot of their time. They received wrong information and then blamed us. I hope these heartfelt shares of mine can help you choose the right place. What we need is at least to be treated kindly and happily."

"Dr. Chen and Dr. Lin have been my acupuncturists for over 5 years now. They were able to resolve my shin pain and numbness on the right side of my body due to prescription medication withdrawal. Unlike some providers who have increased their prices, Dr. Chen and Dr. Lin charge the same rate as they did 5 years ago. I have had to visit this center 4 yrs ago for pain I had in my hip and went for treatment here and my pain was relieved after my acupuncture treatment. I am here at the center this time for severe pain in my lower back and went to my primary doctor to get a referral to get acupuncture again instead of using western medicine.
