"This place is a scam. I brought my sister here for her wisdom tooth extraction. They took her in, did some exams and told us they couldn’t do anything regarding the wisdom tooth. Then they referred us to the Highland Hospital. If you can’t do anything for the wisdom tooth, why would you take the patient in and perform exams in the first place? We had clearly mentioned she needed help with her wisdom tooth. Later they sent her bill to her address. This place is horrible. Avoid."
"What's the point of them giving you an appointment at 9:30 to get covid shot next to the Guadalajara restaurant if they give everyone the appointment at 9:30. The line is shorter if you don't have an appointment is just ridiculous their system doesn't work .Worst service ever.. They worry more about who is taking lunch at what time and gossip so much. Also, I've been in the waiting room and I've heard the ladies put patients on hold so they can finish their gossip."
"Here's a how an appointment system SHOULD work: "Unfortunately our calendar says we're booked for the next 1-2 months, the NEXT AVAILABLE appointment is 3 months from now on tuesday at X time, is that okay?" Me: Yeah sure, works for me! Here's how the appointment system works here: "We're booked for the next 1-2 months, keep spam calling us every single day until we can get a hold of a new date! Thanks" Me: *constantly calling everyday to get told nothing has changed* Instead of ME calling YOU, clogging up the phone lines being put on hold, and getting told it's all booked, YOU need to just tell us the "NEXT AVAILABLE APPOINTMENT" and just book me for that one. For some reason this place can only plan appointments in small increments of 2 weeks to a month. No wonder the phone lines are clogged all the time, because people have to keep spamming phone-calls. People's livelihoods are at stake, this appointment system needs to be addressed. I'm fine with waiting for 3-6 months for the next appointment. What I'm not fine with is spending an hour of my day calling to keep checking."
"They don’t communicate . Schedule you appointments and call at a different time and than tell you it’s a no show and schedule you another appointment weeks later. Even when you have proof of your appointment. Worst service ever no wonder everyone always talks bad about that clinic. Like other people have told me they worry more about lunch time than the patients."
"I love the two doctor's I've had in this facility, they are the best ever!!! I have no concerns about them for almost 2 decades of being a customer at La Clinica and that's the reason why I will always give 5 stars to it. Sometimes when it comes to talk to nurses some of them are great and more than great, others are not. Like the one I talked today... I went to urgent care three days ago with terrible fever and coughing a lot, the family nurse practitioner who saw me was really good, she patiently helped me with all my concerns, but sadly the cough medicine she prescribed is not working and my cough got worst this morning, I started getting bloody phlegm which concerns me more and fever went up again to 100.3 so I decided to call La Clinica for help. This nurse called me back right away... (No the nurse who saw me three days ago, but another one) I explained her everything above... She didn't sound concerned instead she told me to rest, drink liquids and bye.... What??? I'm having fever, bloody phlegm and that's something normal? I think patient's health is first. Talking on the phone giving recommendations to a sick patient is not enough. You need to check this patient and see what's going on."
