"the people here are really nice, but lifelong's call center is the worst I've ever dealt with. it takes at least 2 calls at minimum to refill any given prescription, or have anyone act on anything. if you have a question or insurance concern, good luck, because you won't get answers. if you have the choice, don't use any clinic owned by lifelong."

"This clinic should be closed down permanently! It has taken them 5 months for a copy of my husbands medical records to be sent to another doctor. They still haven’t sent my medical records to the doctor I need to see. So they are denying my husband medical services. And since the pandemic they just pretend to do work. This place will kill somebody."

"This location is horrible! Dr. Rebecca Hu is unprofessional and her behavior towards patients is reckless but her mouth is short with clients and completely explosive! Why be a doctor if this is the kind of behavior that's rendered to patients! And Dr. Bass is no better! She once was supportive but now she's just as bad ! Real short with patients and delivers less than exceptable care. Neither one of these doctors takes time to HEAR what you need them to about your HEALTH needs or CONCERNS! They make you feel super uncomfortable!! This location SUCKS!!! The lady at the front desk checked me in one day, put the community used thermometer on my foehead on purpose when I asked her not to and nprofessionally threw my check-in documents away !!! when I needed to really be seen that day! Lifelong didn't back me after words were exchanged and I told them what happened. I ended up leaving without receiving proper care! Get rid of the front desk staff & Rebecca too! People don't deserve to be treated this way!! Unprofessionalism at it finest!!"

"Dr. Faith Crumpler is one of the worse doctor's I have ever had the displeasure of meeting. Crumpler is rude, arrogant, lazy, and negligent and because of inability to connect with her patients, her arrogance, and impatience she blew off my complaints about my chest pain and chalked it up to heartburn. Had I not stood up for myself and insisted that my pain was not from heart burn or dehydration as she had diagnosed then she wouldn't have given in and allowed me to have test run on my heart because after the results came back she learned that I had irregular heart beats and to make up for her lazy diagnosis she tried to send my to the hospital in a cab so that I could have further test run on me. With that being said, I don't fault the clinic because all of the other employees are very nice, professional and hard working. When I initially became a patient of Life Long Clinic in Down Oakland I was paired up with a wonderful, caring, professional, competent doctor who appeared to enjoy her work and her patients but with all good things she eventually moved on to better employment. Unfortunately, because of her departure I was passed onto Dr. Faith Crumpler and for the past two year scheduling appointments have felt like torture. This woman should be fired not transferred or referred out to another clinic but FIRED before she gets someone KILLED due to her NEGLIGENCE."

"I like all the staff in this clinic But today I went there suffering a bad back pain I expect to get cure for that, but I didn't see my. Regular health care provider who didn't do anything to my pain، all he did is gave me another appointment after one month It's like saying keep your pain for another month. I am 55 years old and have a big family, I can't stay home doing nothing. Anybody have an idea where I can be seen please By the way all the staff in life long clinic is very nice and helpful"
