"I work in healthcare and am required to get the flu shot by work. I had a specific question about the safety of getting a flu shot in my first trimester, after reading about the 2017 CDC trial which showed increased miscarriage results. (I'm aware of the safe results in the subsequent CDC trial, but this is my first pregnancy and I am trying to do the best I can). I tried unsuccessfully to call Dr. Greenwald on Wednesday of last week about this question. I left a detailed message asking for a call back. Her nurse didn't try and reach me until Monday, and then we played phone tag for another two days. When I finally reached the nurse, all she said was, Dr. Greenwald recommends you get the shot, as per current guidelines. I know what the guidelines are. I wanted to chat with my doctor about this so I felt comfortable proceeding. I'm dismayed that despite my concern, she couldn't find the time to either chat briefly with me, or at least have her nurse address my specific concerns. Id like a provider that seems to care."

"This clinic is abysmal. They told me a certain treatment would be free on my insurance. I received the treatment 5 times over a 5 month period, then got a bill for my most recent treatment. When I called to say they had made a mistake, they billed me for the 4 prior treatments. They also refused to give me a prescription I had had for 8 years without an appointment, despite the fact that I needed the medication urgently. Complete lack of professionalism and no concern that they might be sending a patient to urgent care."
