"For the past three days, I have been going back and forth in this clinic trying to get my first appointment with a primary care doctor for my husband and myself. On the first day I was told that there are no available appointments in the next 30 days and that i was to call everyday preferably in the morning just in case there are cancellations. So the next two days , I spent one hour each morning and i went back to the clinic three times to check the availability. On the third day, the manager of the clinic came out and informed me that their clinic is not accepting new United Health Care Medicare Advantage PPO patients because they are in the negotiations process and that for my appointment I would have to basically self pay. Now why did they not tell me that in the first place. Why did this manager not communicate to her subordinates their policy of not accepting new patients because they are in the negotiations process still. It would have saves me the telephone efforts and the visits to their clinic if they had relayed that info in the first place. If they had just told me initially that they are not accepting new patients for United Health Care Medicare Advantage PPO period because they are in the negotiations process still, it would have saved all of these wasted time and efforts. Now is that efficient management for a clinic or not?"
"Would be one star, but my doctor was nice. First, lost one of my lab samples. Second, told me they had sent a refill request to the pharmacy but, when I went to pick it up, it didn’t exist; when I followed up again through the app, they declined my refill request without including a reason. It is a medication I’m required to take daily, same dose I’ve been on for over two years, and I absolutely required a refill. This place is a mess."
"It's nice. I like my Dr. She is comprehensive. The nurses are nice too. The front desk staff are professional. 12/27/23: I had my appointment. I like my Dr. Clean facility. I had a problem with billing that I still have not resolved. It's draining to deal with that. 4/27/23: Some staff up front are great. 1 is lacking but hopefully learning. 5/19/23: I think my PCP offers comprehensive preventative care."
"This place is pathetic! I wouldn’t even give this place 1 star. Everyone who works here is a robot especially the front desk. This is not a place of compassion. Every appointment that I had, I have to wait in the room between 30 mins to 1 hour, yet, if you’re a couple of minutes late, they won’t take you and send you home. Pathetic!!! This place should not have an appointment schedule because they cannot keep it, and front desk needs to be revamp and retrain those people."
"Honestly, I've been trying to establish primary care here and it's basically impossible. They continuously are never accepting new patients. Unacceptable."
