"As other reviews have stated I would not use this company or recommend. Impossible to get them on the phone. Long wait times. They are unorganized. Update. Do not use this company. Go to regular provider. They are thieves. Once they have your money. Good luck. Use a regular provider if you can. They prey on the needy. Update: I tried to get my medical records from this company so I can switch to regular provider. What do they tell me. It’ll cost money which is unacceptable considering the reason I am not using this company is they stole money from me in the first place. Once again please please use a regular provider and save yourself money and from getting more stress and anxiety."

"This was great! I was disappointed and skeptical at first as I had to pay upfront and they made me think I could choose my own appointment time, then chose one for me. BE AWARE OF THAT. They heavily advertise same day appointments which is why I chose it. But that is false. Although it’s the case that you are assigned appointments, this was the best med management care I’ve gotten. You get to skip the bureaucracy of other clinics. My appointment was 10 minutes, the psychiatrist was super super sweet and I had meds immediately. I can’t emphasize enough how wonderful it was to not have to deal with insane bureaucracy of the mental health industry. They don’t take insurance but the $100 is well worth it and all inclusive with meds."

"Already disappointed!!! I only went this route because I have no insurance and online says you get an appointment with in 24 hours. After I have already paid I get a call that the first appointment available isn’t for 13 more days at 5:30 in the morning!!!!!!!!! I have always struggled with depression and anxiety but I lost my son tragically 7 months ago and have been suffering ever since!!! I do not sleep. I hardly eat. Can’t be in public places. Do NOT schedule an appointment thinking it will be in the next day or so. Then to get a refund is another whole process if you decide not to take the appointment 2 weeks out!! Taking advantage of people who are already struggling mentally!!! FALSE advertisement!!!!!!!!!!!!!"

"Easy Care clinic has been a life-changing source of medical care for me. Their staff is so attentive to my needs. Signing up for the service is extremely easy. When I had my first appointment I had a very positive experience with my provider. She was very empathetic and knowledgeable and there to help me. The entire staff at ez care clinic is there to help. If you've suffered from mental health issues for quite some time or if it is something that has in a newer issue for you you can rest assured that easy care clinic will have answers for you and they are always there to help you. EZ Care Clinic clinic has done so much to assist me with my mental health care needs, it has allowed me to have a better quality of life."
