"I went to Concentra urgent care because I had a tick bite. It was a very small tick & I couldn’t get it all out. Also I needed antibiotics to stave off the possibility of lime disease. They fit me in right away got it taken care of without any hassle. They called in my prescription & I was done. It was an amazing experience to see the entire staff being friendly, helpful & efficient! This kind of costumer service is very rare in today’s medical world!"

"My intake wasn't problematic but they didn't have a full-time doctor on staff. I was told that they wouldn't be able to see me again for a fractured ankle for another 6-8 weeks and to go back to Kaiser for my appointments. Had to call my state workers comp people to get another appointment at this location and then have to go to another Concentra facility for a follow-up."

"My mammogram appointment was extremely easy from checking in to walking out it was about 45 min. The young lady at reception was friendly professional and prepared. She was alone at her desk. It took only seconds to check me in. The mammography technologist was the exact same. Friendly, fast, confident and definitely thorough. I realized that these reviews actually do affect these employees. I’m still bad at remembering names but these two ladies in Rohnert Park made my mammo so quick and easy.
