"Called several times to find out how to get my ChampVA ID Card. Never got a call back. Finally someone called & gave me the 800 number for ChampVA. I found out that I've actually had CHAMPVA since 2016 & never knew it. Never received the acceptance letter benefits package, or ID Card. Was told I should have everything in 30-45 days. I hope so. The lady that works in the Santa Rosa office should have at least called me back."

"Had to take my dad to the VA Clinic to get new hearing aids and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The staff members at the front desk were attentive, professional and engaging making check-in (and check-out) a breeze. After check-in I wheeled my dad to the waiting area and in less than two minutes the Clinical Audiologist (Laura Schmitt) met us and took us back to the Hearing Testing room. Laura was so wonderful with dad in answering all of his questions, addressing all of his concerns, and she did so in a manner that actually made him extremely at ease (he was actually joking and smiling during the process). Mind you, at 88 years of age and suffering from advanced Parkinson’s, he doesn’t smile a lot. But Laura was just fantastic with him. She even cleaned and maintenances dad’s old Hearing Aid’s so he has a functional back-up pair. And Laura was extremely helpful and through! This is now the second time I’ve had to take my father to the Santa Rosa VA Clinic and as someone who served my adult life as a Firefighter/Paramedic I just can’t articulate enough accolades on how great everyone at the VA treats dad. I’d give 10 Stars if I could."

"Very disappointed right now. A week ago I had an accident and broke 3 ribs and got a lung infection. Was told to go to ER, which o did. Informed my PCP of the results of my CT. Got absolutely no response from her about how I was doing, was I okay Nothing I had to ask about pain medication 3 times without return call or message ER prescribed me Percocet. Enough for 7 days. Trust me when I say the intense unbearable pain from 3 broken ribs and a lung infection. I received no help except a message from her nurse telling me to take actomenaphen. Nothing else. No he are doing, how bad is the pain, do you need anything, not one single word from my provider about my condition. Doesn't make me feel at all like I'm a patient. Seems to feel like I'm more of a burden and swept under the rug. Looking for new provider now, someone with heart. All the rest of my care team checks up on me, see how I'm doing and offer help if needed. Not Dr. Mani."

"I took a dear family friend here and they mixed up his appointment. He was very frustrated and said the staff are disorganized. The building itself is large and looks clean and well-maintained with lots of parking out front. We need to take good care of our veterans and give them priority for their health."

"Great service and friendly staff. As baby boomers are aging the needs have increased dramatically. Even though lobby is often full the wait times are reasonable. Kudos to the staff and doctors for making it work as well as it does. I order medications online and they are mailed promptly."
