They were condescending when I had to choose to not go the full nine yards and only go with the $400+ option rather than the $1200 option for fleas meds and vaccinations. One of the vaccinations required a follow up shot that I assumed was included in the original charge since it was required, but it was not. It was another $126 that was never mentioned. Make sure you are well off before going here."
