"I scheduled a tattoo with Jake, I told him what I wanted we talked and passed references images back and forth and told him I am open to artistic interpretation as well. He gave solid advice and I am happy and proud of my tattoo. 100% would recommend again. Loved the studio, loved the work. This is my second tattoo (first one I got in Mexico) and am planning my next tattoo to be with Evermore and Jake again. I didn’t have any issues scheduling, paying, planning or parking. Truly a smooth process."

"Have tried two times over the past 2 years to schedule an appointment and have had no luck getting responses. Recenently I reached out to Erin (the owner, I believe) via a tattoo request on their website. I got an automated email stating to allow 2 weeks to hear back. I and heard back from Erin within a week, unfortunately she is booked out a ways and had nothing available. She recommended Jake, so I submitted another tattoo request with him, got the same email saying to allow 2 weeks to hear back. The email also said "if you don't hear back in 2 weeks to reach out directly to the artist's email". Maybe I am just a grump, but I refuse to chase after someone to give them my business. I understand having busy schedules, but it has been 4 weeks since I submitted the tattoo request with Jake, and haven't heard a single thing (it should be noted when I tried scheduling another tattoo last year with Jake I had similar results where I didn't hear back for almost 2 months). So I can't say for sure how good or bad this place is as I have not been able to even hear back on setting up a consult, but can attest to the lack of communication when trying to schedule an appointment. I did reach out to another local Menomonee Falls tattoo (ColorBomb) parlor and got in TWO DAYS later for a consult."
