"Went back for a haircut and not a great experience! My hair was barely trimmed and when I asked about more layers I was convinced it was already layered. As my hair was being blow dried I felt alot of hot spots! Then as soon as it was dry she puts some oil on it and says ok, there you go! Like wait a minute do you not even style it ? $50 for a slight trim , a few scalp burns, a fake smile and a wave goodbye! I felt better going in then when I left that's for sure!"

"I’m from out of town visiting family and Britany was kind enough to see me on short notice to tighten my hair extensions that were slipping. She then offered me a wash and style. I looked and felt like a new woman when I left. It is a really cute salon and everyone I spoke with here was friendly and helpful. I will be back for sure. Thank you!!!!"

"To my asian, black, hispanic sisters, or ANY person of color, AVOID this place. They have absolutely ZERO experience with our hair. Went in for a basic hair cut and the stylist RUINED it. Long story short, apparently she’s an intern and I was not told that. I was only able to get store credit since they have a “no refund policy.” Really nice staff but this salon is definitely only geared towards a specific crowd. Hair is everything to us women and they have shown that they’re only money hungry."

"If you are looking for curly hair care, do not go there! I had an awful experience. I have a 3A/B curly hair and was looking for a place to have a haircut because my maternity photos were coming up soon. I called and talked with Diana over the phone. Diana stated Sarah had experience with curly hair and booked my appointment with her. I went to my appointment very excited because this place has good reviews, but it didn’t go well. For sure, Sarah didn’t have any experience with curlies. I asked for layers, which are basic for curlies, and she layered my hair as it was straight. To make things worse, when she styled my hair, she put too much heat on it, didn’t put any product at all and made my hair very dry and frizzy. I told her I didn’t like the service and she said I could come another day for her to fix my hair for free. But I was so frustrated that I didn’t want to go back there. To fix my hair, I found a place with someone that really had experience with curlies, was almost 4x cheaper, and did an excellent job!"
