"Last summer I had a severe ear infection which spread to my skull. I went to three different doctors in the Chico area and they all dismissed it as a small ear infection. David however, knew it was more by my excruciating pain and symptoms. He did a few tests and then he told me to go to ER immediately. He even walked me there himself, and made sure I was checked in as soon as possible. Not to mention David did all this after closing time because he genuinely cared and was concerned (I didn't have an appointment either). They immediately did an MRI and diagnosed me with mastoiditis and got me on IV antibiotics. The doctors and nurses said I probably wouldn't have survived on just the antibiotics I was given by the previous doctors. David also had me come back for follow ups to make sure I healed properly. If it wasn't for David I very likely would not even be alive, my family and I will always be grateful to him. He's a very kind and caring person who is very educated and great at his job. Thank you David for everything."
