"Good NP's, and it's a nice friendly environment. However, their billing department doesn't seem to know what's going on. Just received some sort of claim dispute paper from United Helathcare that my claim was processed in my favor for a procedure here. Only I never appealed any insurance decision, and the appointment in question for dispute was for Sept 22, 2022... Over a year ago. I've also been charged for what we're supposed to be labs as part of a routine physical and they charged me $200. Be aware that you'll probably deal with headaches going here. No communication with me on any of these expectations or things. Hard to want to go back to a place where you don't know what you're gonna get, cost wise. Update: they ended up fighting for us in arbitration, but we still weren’t communicated with. Adjusting review to show that they will fight for you, but not communicate about it along the way."

"My previous provider retired and I was transferred over to Dr. Friend. What a blessing it has been. Dr. Friend is not the type of doctor to prescribe pills and just put a bandaid over symptoms. She gets to the root and investigates the issues before treatment. She is kind, listens to me, very honest, and I really feel like she cares about my health and what happens to me long term. If you want quality care you can’t go wrong with her. Thank you Dr. Friend, for being an amazing physician! :)"

"This is not functional medicine per the woman I spoke to on the phone. I was told it was by one and another it wasn’t and that I should call a naturopathic doctor. I know the difference between the two and have been seeing functional MDs for years. I have gotten the run around for days from this clinic. When I called to ask about the clinic they immediately asked for my insurance before proceeding. She insisted I give my full name and insurance before proceeding. This happened with multiple people. When I asked why the appointment I scheduled was only thirty minutes for a new patient which in any standard functional medicine clinic would be an hr and half, they told me that was standard. I then asked about an extensive new patient form which again is typical of any functional MD. They said the paper work only takes 20 minutes. If you are seeing me for 30 minutes with 20 minutes of paper work and no previous review of the extensive testing I have done in the past then I am not sure how they can truly help me and get to the root cause. I don’t want someone simply throwing medication at me. I wish they would have simply answered my questions when I first called then giving me the run around with my insurance. A very big waste of my time."

They are very flexible in their scheduling, and respond quickly and accurately to any online requests. The medical assistants are always so friendly and welcoming, and are very supportive and thorough. Dr. Klein is extremely knowledgeable, takes the time to listen to my questions and answer them in a way that I can understand and benefit from. He’s helped me immensely over the past 6-7 years and I highly recommend Complete Care to anyone wanting to improve their health and quality of life."
