"I have been a patient at what used to be Eureka Internal since 1995 when the practice was owned by All the Doctors and I loved it !! I'm not sure of the time line But when St Joe's bought the practice I no longer felt the love !!!! When Providence came on board I was hoping things would get better !!!!! My hopes have been dashed !! I will admit I do like my Doctor Dr. Amy Darwin but with the new and unimproved Providence phone system(SIC) All I can do is send them a message And disregard the one star it should read a minus !"

"We applied for primary care doctors. Called a couple weeks later to ask how much longer to wait. We were told 6 months to a year. We got a highly skilled nurse practitioner a few months later. After one year and tons of 5* reviews, she is gone. Not sure why retention is a problem here. Still go to Oregon for some specialists."

"The FNP I see as my primary care provider is excellent, quick to respond through the 'My Chart" system, listens to me, asks good questions and does her homework. Okay it did take two years for the practice to find her, I'm glad they did. It's hard to find medical professionals who stick around in Humboldt, but when they do, it's a good thing. My MD of ten years moved away. I was put on a waiting list at Providence for almost 18 months. Good luck to everyone."

"This place is a joke they put pins in my son's arm told me I needed to make any appointment to get them out and I new cast. Then when I called to make the appointment they told me they wouldn't see him and have open door do it. Open door doesn't even do casts. The lady was rude on top of everything else if I could give negative stars this would be the place."
