"Cannot keep track of patients. Thought a story from a book I mentioned in a previous visit was something that I said happened to myself in real life; compared me to another patient in an inappropriate and judgmental manner. Dropped me after pulling me through a loop because I wasn't informed they moved locations and missed an appointment. Told another local therapist not to take me because of that one missed appointment. Illegally refused to release medical records. Had been trying to transfer anyway."

"I saw Wendy for about a year. All of sudden they refused to refill my meds and wouldn’t give me an appointment in a timely manner so I had to go off my Meds cold turkey. I was manic, depressed, even quit my job in the process. When I finally got an appointment, they canceled on me day of. When I tried to get another appointment more than two Months later, they wouldn’t work with my schedule so I fired her. Now I have to start the whole referral process over. Horrible inconsiderate people who have no idea what it means to be mental unstable. Horrible experience. No wonder they have such low reviews."

"Operator(receptionist?) could not even schedule an appointment. I got a call back and was told appointments were 1-2 weeks out, and she wouldn't schedule one without me having my insurance card in my hand while we were on the phone. I explained I was waiting for a new copy and I would have it by my appointment date (in 1-2 weeks...) and SHE WOULD NOT MAKE AN APPOINTMENT WITHOUT ME HAVING MY CARD IN MY HAND AT THAT MOMENT. I knew my id and everything, didn't matter. Incredibly rude. Obviously uncaring about patients. Apparently par for the course."

"I made an appointment for my minor son in January. We live 1hour 45 minutes one way to get there(3 1/2 hours round trip). The receptionist was very friendly and personal. She said they strongly encouraged both parents to be present. I explained my son lived solely with me, but both of us had a good relationship with his father. However, I could not make his father go to the appointment. I ended up rescheduling because of emergency travel due to a family suicide. When I explained this, the receptionist never mentioned my son's father or needing him present for the new appointment. She was cold and not sweet like before. I looked up reviews online, which were not good. I spoke to family who took their son there and an adult friend who went there. Neither good. The adult never saw Dr. Soper, just an assistant. My nephew was barely spoken to when he went. Despite this, I kept the new appointment because Dr. Soper is the only person in the county who takes our insurance. We arrived for his appointment and the receptionist said the dr would NOT see my son because his father was not there. I never got a confirmation call. I called this morning and never received a return phone call even though they were open an hour before I got there. She says she tells everyone both parents must be there. I know she she did not say that as I live so far away I would have ensured it. She did go speak with Dr so per telling him we drove from far away. He refused to see us, even though my son lives solely with me and we drove so far. I was livid. I went through all 8 pages of paperwork they sent me that I brought with us and NO where did it say both parents Must be present. I told her she never said that, only that they encouraged it. I lost a whole day of work. If it was mandatory it would be on the paperwork. Avoid!!!!"

"I took a family member to this provider. The office staff were extremely rude, the physical environment was non-confidential, and the communication was extremely poor. The office environment was very unprofessional and unwelcoming in the extreme. We were kept waiting without explanation. I decided never to return to this office for my family member or to refer anyone there in the future. Dr. Soper himself was friendly and seemed caring, but his presentation and the office itself made it impossible to receive good care there."
