"A surgeon at Stanford ordered me a richie brace and an Arizona brace for my ankle. This clinic took 6 months to finally get me a brace.Only one got done and it doesn't fit at all. They won't fix it and told me they have so many complaints it doesn't matter. I have pics and video and a surgeon and a Dr. backing up what I say here. The surgeon is Dr. Mann in Oakland. One of the best.* Addition to this a day later. Hanger won't fix any problem. Stuck with a brace that doesn't fit. There clinition saw this and called and physically threatened me. Sad. Go to Sierra in Santa Rosa if you want to walk again. Stay safe and do not go to Hanger in Eureka. Update: Hanger told me to email in response to this. I did and recieved no help. The Hanger practitioners work for a fee and don't get paid to fix problems with thier products. This Hanger practitioner told me this and this is why he is supposed to guarantee the work but doesn't. Hanger gets many complaints like mine but they dint care either. Insurance qont pay them to fix mistakes and the cant legally charge either. Go to another clinic!!!!"
