"I was weary of going here because of the reviews but I went in today for an ear infection and had a great experience. The front desk person, nurse and doctor were all very nice and I was in and out within 30 minutes. Best urgent care experience I've ever had."

"Although I was pleased with being able to be seen by quality staff and services, I was disappointed to not be told about the fees for a lab that I was offered. I have insurance and that was all that they asked me but I still received a bill for $2500! I did work with my insurance and did get what I owe down to just over $1500 of which I am making payments but I wish they would have been more forthcoming about testing costs. I appreciate this as an option for people but hope others are aware of these non-disclosed costs. When I called to ask them to let people know of these fees, not to ask them not to charge them or that they were even in the wrong, but to suggest that consider letting people know the front office manager was very rude. I asked how to make an official complaint so that I could provide that feedback and she suggested they could put a note in my file not to see my anymore. I stated I wasn’t complaining about their services but thought it would be more ethical to let people know so they weren’t sticker shocked and how this could really negatively impact people. She said I could write a letter to the owner and then said this call isn’t productive and hung up. Great customer service! I feel the need to story share this with people in hopes that others are prepared to say no to anything extra when going to urgent care other than what you pay for up front and to expect poor customer service from their managers. I called at approx. 12:40pm on 10/26/23 so that manager in charge at that time is the only staff person I am referring to with the worst customer service I have ever experienced in healthcare."

"I brought my child in to be seen for a gnarly road rash and gash caused by a fall on the asphalt at school. We treated it for the most part at home, but I really wanted a professionals opinion and advice to make sure we had cleaned it well enough, and bandaged properly to have the best chance at healing without issues. The front desk person was helpful and got our info put into the system quickly and efficiently. We didn’t have to wait a long time to be brought into a room. The providers we saw were so patient and you can tell they genuinely cared how my child felt, they gained consent from not only me but my child as well during each step of the process. They didn’t rush through, and took their time with making sure the gash was cleaned the best it could be, without causing pain or trauma to my child. They were very personable and had wonderful bedside manner. This was our first time coming here, and I would definitely return for any future needs where we needed same day assistance. Thank you all for caring about your patients, it truly shows that you enjoy your work."
