"This business charged me $420 and destroyed my phone.I came in with a functioning phone that had a cracked front screen. The screen they “fixed” it with was low quality and improperly installed They broke the back and forced me to pay to have it replaced. Now, the screen they replaced stopped working completely due to improper installation and they want to charge me FULL PRICE again to fix it. Not only did they fail to do the work I paid for, they destroyed my property. My phone screen cracked in mid October, so I was very impressed when they were able to get me in so quickly to fix my screen. They were very polite so I thought I was in good hands. However on replacing my screen, they accidentally shatter the back of my phone and it was an additional $50 to replace that. I ended up with a total of $420, which was about half of the original cost of my phone. I was advised to come back if the adhesive on the back were to start coming off, but they’re operating hours are inside my normal work schedule, so I just kept it in the otterbox case I had on hand. Within a week the LED screen seemed to be lacking in definition, and the colors began to look off, with black often appearing as green. About two days ago the screen started to glitch out, not turning on every time you would press the screen button, or if it was on, it would often freeze or not register touch.I tried to make it to the weekend to bring it in but Thursday night it would no longer turn on or respond to any buttons. When I removed it from the case to look at it, the back adhesive had come off completely and inside two of the screws on the motherboard were barely screwed in. I rushed it in on Friday, missing work to try to get help from them. I was told that the LCD screen was broken and they could only replace it at full price because it had been too long. They said when I got a new phone, they could transfer all my info to the new phone but at a price of $100. I argued that the screen had never been put on properly and was faulty. They didn’t offer me a refund or a fix, and the most they would offer me was to finally transfer my info at no cost. Not happy. Would not recommend."

"Took the phone for a cracked screen and I should have know the phone wouldn’t work anymore so I had to go buy a new one. Same thing happened to my mother she took in her phone to replace the screen and after turning it one her sound was all bad then she had to get a new phone one. Would not recommend to go here."
