"Terrible service, those people are very dismissive and don't help customers anymore if you don't speak English well!"
"Guy working the morning shift right now by himself at 5:10 am 8/17/22 mischarged me for the items I was buying, and accidentally charged me for a soda twice. When I asked him to (cancel) the transaction and rescan the 4 items I was buying, he got mad and threw a fit. I told him I wanted to make sure he was only scanning 4 items. It was a 2 for 3 Coca Cola and Dr Pepper and 2 7/11 Cheesburgers."
"Hi he cashier at this store is incredibly rude. I went to the front to pay for my food and a random pick lottery ticket and 1 scratcher. He walked away before I could ask for the scratcher and when he game back he started talking to the lady next to me, I said excuse me, I wasn’t quite done… he replied “I’m not going to spend all my time helping you” I said excuse me, I just want to finish my transaction… he said you’re done. When the kind lady next to me said please let her finish, he said fine…neither of you get help and then turned his back. I called the store after I left to he picks up the phone and hangs up. This is literally the reason you “ask to talk to a manger” and I can’t because he’s hanging up on me. There are other comments posted here about his behavior… the fact this store is keeping him there shows your lack of respect for your customers."
"Well they have a $2 minimum now for a debit card purchase. Had I known I would have brought cash. Unfortunately I wasn’t aware, I wanted a cup of coffee nothing else so I used my registered 7-11 rewards app to get my $1 coffee. When I informed the cashier that I only had my card and I wasn’t interested in buying anything else at the moment, he yelled at me and told me I was never welcome here again. Don’t worry I won’t be back. I can buy my beer cheaper elsewhere."
