"I purchased tires for my SUV and I feel I was dismissed from the minute I walked into the shop. Waited 90min. for tires to be done and when they came and said car ready to go I had to wait another 10 minutes as guy at counter was chatting. Then had problems with one of tires and went back 3 days later and said nothing wrong with tire...clearly there is as vehicle pulls to right and it is not the alignment! And to add to all this they distorted all the Lugnuts and I have to get all new ones! Poor poor service! Will NEVER set foot in Royal tire again!!"
