"For my daughter’s 17th birthday, I allowed her to get a couple piercings. Septum and Monroe. When we walked in and saw Claudia I was a bit hesitant. She had pierced my forward helix months prior and they both fell out in my sleep within 2 weeks. The septum went fine… then we got to the Monroe. My daughter has large lips to begin with. She got her pierced and missed the jewelry. Ok, SHOULD HAVE STOPPED THERE! She proceeded to attempt to JAM the jewelry through her lip, estimating the hole she just pierced! I literally HEARD the skin inside my daughter’s lip shred! She began to gush blood from her mouth. My daughter turned white, began to sweat, and had a grip so tight on my hand I thought I was going to lose it… till she almost passed out and that grip let my hand go. Trust me, as an ER Registered Nurse, it took everything I had not to yank Claudia back and restrain her from my daughter. This, this was ABUSE! She finally got a bar through it to hold the whole open as my daughter almost passed out in the chair. Then, using jewelry obviously far too small for my daughter’s swollen lip, attempted to place the jewelry again and it was far too small. I WILL NEVER GO BACK HERE EVER AGAIN! If I could give zero stars in order to write a review, I would."

"Mary was great! She pierced our 17 yr old daughter's nose. Very professional and quick! I do suggest booking an appointment online in advance. We expected to just walk in like when our other 2 kids were there and were made aware that things have changed since covid. Just like everywhere else. Highly recommended place to go or bring your 16 or older child to get a nose piercing. Was $40 including numbing agent. Don't forget to tip your piercer!"
