"Had to endure the same rude worker two days in a row. People will give back to you what you give to them so please tell the bleached blonde with the nose ring to adjust their attitude. I was disappointed in my reaction to their pissy mood and sad that I stooped to the level that I did within the interaction. Yes I was already annoyed with store policy but retail workers are supposed to de-escalate situations, not egg on the customer or overstep into inappropriate behavior themselves. I’ve only ever gone to this store maybe five times in my life so being told I’m banned really doesn’t mean much. With naturally pissy workers like that, why would I want to go back anyway?"

"Staff was just rude. I went up to the counter today and there was a guy and a girl, they were having a conversation and I stood there and they both looked at me and said nothing, so I asked my question about nose piercings and I looked at the girl and noticed she had some, so I directed my question towards her. I asked if there were any push pin nose piercings and she said “no.” So I asked another question on what the best kind of piercing to get like in her opinion other than the push pin (L shape, pin, screw), and she just said “I would just go to the place where you got your piercing done.” First of all that’s not the question I asked, and second she said it in a snotty tone. Other than that, every time I’ve went in there, the staff was friendly so that’s why I went back, but this makes me not want to shop here again."
