"Do you like being trapped in a long line for an hour? Then this is the place for you. They’ll pretend the store is closed, put up a sign saying they only accept cash, or just disappear until they feel like it. I’m currently trapped in a vehicle with three starving kids and can’t even leave because cars are in front and behind me. Happens here time and time again."

"Sitting in line because I placed an online order that I was going to pick up inside only to find the doors locked. Cars backed up to the road with many leaving. I’m trapped in the lane with no where to go and no movement in front. This is absolutely the worst managed Taco Bell I have ever been to and that’s saying a lot. It’s been this way for as long as I can remember with no understanding by management of the problem. That’s why I thought I’d try the app to order thinking it would actually let me pick up inside."

"Went to the drive through at midnight, long line of cars that took forever but figured it’s just a Saturday night. The people in the car ahead of me waited for over 10 min at the drive through and ended up getting out of the car and asking what was going on bc no one was there. The dude inside said “no, we’re closed” even though the drive through was advertised as open until 3am. Waited for over a half hour and got nothing out of it. 0/10"

"The incompetence of the management at this location has been on full display for a couple years now, and my best friend decided never to go back 1.5 years ago. I’ve continued to patronize this location as a matter of “convenience,” but tonight was the last straw and I’m never going back. This is the fifth time I’ve spent over 20 minutes in the drive-thru lane outside of peak hours because management refuses to staff the restaurant properly. I’m a Millennial, so I’m fully aware the blame doesn’t lie with the staff, and I’ve always been friendly to them. After all, the employees at this location are unfailingly kind and always working as fast as they can, but that’s not enough to keep the ship afloat. The dirty interior reflects this - I mean, how are the staff supposed to keep it clean when the same person who’s working the register is also frantically preparing the orders? And today I discover that corporate has discontinued some of the best items on the menu? That’s the final straw. I am so sorry for every employee who has to work themself ragged for a management that clearly does not care about their well-being, nor for the experience of the customer. You’ve lost my business. Pay your employees better. Take pride in your restaurant. Don’t consistently keep customers waiting for unreasonable lengths of time for years on end. It’s pathetic."
