"Not our favorite pizza in town by any means, but it hit the spot on a Sunday night. The complimentary garlic knots were so tough and near inedible. We liked that the pizza was light on the sauce and it had good flavor, but the crust wasn’t very tender. My jaw was tiring of chewing after a couple of pieces. 25 minutes for pickup was fast and appreciated. Not much enthusiasm from the service team at pickup, and my husband was disappointed with the cleanliness of the restaurant."
"I love any and all pizza! I was in Appleton for work, starving. Lots of places to choose from but I picked Sal's and so glad I did. Pizza = fantastic! Garlic rolls = perfection! The lady working the counter was super friendly & tried her best to keep the flow going. I would definitely visit again!"
"Love this by the slice pizza spot. Went here late night (1am) on a Thursday and they still had plenty of options. The prices here are very solid, about $4 for a massive slice. Service is fast and they’re very transparent about adding on a credit card fee. Loved the vibes too as it fit the late night pizza vibe!"
"Friendly fast service! Pizza was good. Large pizza is 18" you can also get a 14" or pizza by the slice. Large slice of pizza comes with a garlic roll. Most times in and out in 10 minutes. Pizzas and Subs available along with wings, tenders , mozzarella sticks and other appetizers. You can get cannolis , Brownies or an 8 inch chocolate chip cookie for dessert. Unfortunately no alcohol served. Right across from the PAC downtown Appleton. There were 10 different kinds of pizza available to choose from for the by the slice when we're in there. Workers were friendly and the pizza was good. Reasonable prices also."
"I tried out Sal's Pizza while visiting Appleton recently. They sell pizza by the slice, and had a variety of options to choose from. I was greeted upon entering the restaurant, and a few people were dining in. The guy behind the counter was friendly and talkative. The pizza comes with garlic knots on top, and both slices and rolls are placed in the oven to warm them up when you order. I found the pizza to be very tasty, with a crisp crust and flavorful toppings. All in all, an excellent experience and great food, will definitely keep Sal's on my list for future visits."
