"This place doesn't deserve any stars, worst experience of my life! If you didn't have PTSD before, you'll definitely have it after being placed in their care. If you're in here voluntarily with no hold they will still keep you past 4 days. They only had 1 working shower, claimed that the washing machine was "broken" so no one was able to wash their clothes and they were super unorganized. The hospital gives you 2 packets of your rights and they still remove yours as a person, I felt super uncomfortable with a couple nurses there because they decided to not give me my keppra (antiseizure medication) because I refused to take the meds they were trying to force down my throat when the packets state that you can reject them. I was treated terrible there and I felt like I was in prison! They also need to educate themselves on Vegetarian diets because they clearly weren't listening to me so I lost a lot of weight being there. I wouldn't wish this place on my enemies and I advise you not to bring loved ones here. They don't listen to your needs or opinions, they just tell you to take pills that your doctor didn't even talk to you about yet. The patients were running around butt naked and I just felt gross being there the whole time. I don't understand how that place has any benefits to your health other than setting you up with other doctors or therapist but even then I noticed people get sent right back after they get discharged due to a misplacement issue. On top of that they have people come from hours away from their support systems so they can isolate you from family and friends. This place doesn't actually want to help you, they want to make you worse. Stay away from this place, there's too much negative things about it!."
