"It's very frustrating for go to this location as they have unreliable hours. This is the second instance That I have traveled to this location just for them to be closed. if you are closed for a season then please just update that on your Google site it is not Fair to customers that on your actual website online and on Google maps it says that you are open. This does not support customer attention nor provide customers care specifically if they are located in the Culver City area."
"Came in on 11/9 for some blood work. I arrived at 2:50pm but was informed by a rude female that "she is closed". She was rude, pushy, & unprofessional. As soon as the door closed behind me she locked it as if I was some type of intruder. The hours were clearly posted saying that they were open until 3:30pm. I will not be returning to this location and I encourage everyone else to find another location as well, unless you don't mind being treated like a nuisance."

For me it's crucial to get everything done quickly, since the only time I can get a test done is right before I go to work. Even for walk-in appointments I've always been able to get my blood test almost immediately after I arrive. The facility is also clean and the staff is friendly."
