"I went in yesterday and the cashier Lucy forgot to give me my chicken buffalo sticks i was busy with my kids and trying to pay at the same time. When i got home i noticed they weren't in my bag. I went back and she told me it was my fault for not reminding her to grab them for me and that next time i shouldn't leave. i argued with her and told her thats not how customer service works someone needs to train their employees right."
