"When I first was consistently buying from this 711 I got friendly and great customer service. For more than a year now I'm getting this strange behavior from the employees there. On top of that bad attitude, bad customer service from not only Rupa, Jawed the new employee but everyone there. I've done nothing wrong to these people nor do I know them personally but fact of the matter is they really need to change the staff or having an extremely better attitude."

"The older lady that works here has a horrible Attitude multiple of ppl I know specifically don’t go to this 711 because of her anymore. She makes you feel unwelcomed and gets mad at us for asking Simple questions , or came at us Crooked for trying to get pizza because she was too lazy to make it . That’s just one example . If she doesn’t like the job then leave !"

"The older brown woman was extremely rude to me just for happening to walk in with my reusable coffee cup! I did not know of the new policy yet and was just doing my usual routine, and I didn’t argue with her at all, in fact never getting a word in. However, she felt the need to repeat it 3 times and send me out of the entire store, yelling that the new policy was on the door as I was on my way out shocked from the treatment. I was wearing a facemask and opened the door both ways with a wipe, so obviously I’m taking this seriously as well, so that level of rudeness was entirely uncalled for! I visited this store a lot for my coffee usually left alone, but I’m glad I’ll be saving the money from no longer coming by. A shame!"
