"All staff throughout my hospital stay were outstanding (security, registration, ER staff, transportation, lab techs, CT techs, administrative staff, food services, etc.) from the moment I entered the ER until I left on Thursday. "Urgent care Yesterday went for toothache bcz dentist asked to go Urgent care. Doc. was very much confident but not capable. sent back to home without tests or any medication. today, cheek was swollen so much and went back to Urgent care and prescribed medication for infection. for that one day delay made condition worse, point where onetime they consider aspiration over antibiotics. (this is only this time, we had satisfied visits before)"

"Received excellent care from Dr. Ali O. Jamsshidi, Neurosurgery. He was able to explain my condition to me in terms I could understand and the process to remove/ my brain tumor. He performed an 5 hour brain surgery on 11/8/2023 and removed 100% of my tumor. No cancer was found in the tumor. It was growing and was about 4 cm, the size of a baseball. I'm grateful for his education, skill and expertise. I feel blessed he works as a specialist at Kaiser Woodland Hills Medical Center, and he was assigned to me."

"So, unfortunately, I have recently had to visit the emergency room. I had some issues with my urinary tract, and was not appearing to be in any kind of a critical condition. The staff was very friendly and efficient. They gave me a whole litany of blood & urine tests; and got me into a CT scan within a couple of hours. The results of my scan were provided within an hour. Inside the emergency department, every single physician, nurse, and staff member was extremely friendly, highly informative, and comforting. I am happy to see and report that this Kaiser Facility, in Woodland Hills, is both high quality and capable of handling large quantities of patients, if necessary."
