I ended up having to hire a lawyer that still to this day has to ask why they aren't sending payments. Screw this company. If you can avoid dealing with them at all, do it."

Bad customer service really un organized. If you happen to get an adjuster by the name Willie Epting ask for someone else , no response , no answering your calls and just totally unprofessional!!! If I can give 0/10 it would be to much for them. They don’t even deserve this one star."
