"Clean 7 eleven store. Plenty of choice! Fresh!"

"Been going here for over 15 years, i have seen sum great employees that have the kind heart to smile and greet customers. I have also seen sum employees who do some very questionable moves behind the counter. I think the owner should frequent this store more often to keep the older employees in check. I see them leaving for cigarette breaks during moments that lots of customers come in, making only 1 person behind the counter(taking the convenience out of convenient store). Some of the questionable employees also seem to have no problem taking their time to very slowly and in my honest opinion, purposefully waste the time of customers. The smiles and smugness that takes place after speaks for their integrity and motivation. I didnt think that someone of age and wisdom could be so petty and disrespectful towards people who mean nothing to them. Overall, it is a great place, just has a bad vibe from time to time depending on the person or persons working."

"Parking here isn't the best, but it's still a clean and well organized store. They have a decent selection of adult beverages as well as grab-and-go food items. I come here to get my lottery tickets more than anything else, but the fact that they're open 24/7 means that I can get almost anything I need at all hours. EDIT: LOST A STAR. Came here on a Friday night. The guy behind the counter never said one single word to us. He didn't respond to any of my questions. He just stared at me blankly. He charged me for a bag, when I didn't want or need a bag. When I tried to tell him I don't need a bag, he just stared at me blankly. What kind of people do you have working there? It's only $0.10, but it's the principle of it!"

"I have been going to this location on Ridge Route at least once or twice a month for the last 13 years. There are a handful of employees that are familiar faces and still work there. They are always very welcoming and pleasant whenever I stop by. The store itself is always clean and fully stocked with snacks, beverages and household items. This location never disappoints!"

"Employees are always very kind, helpful and efficient. I honestly and sincerely like the people that work there. They work hard and are always kind, helpful and respectful. Unfortunately, from my experience, on multiple and frequent occasions, they do not observe the 7-11 corporate policy, the State of California or the County of Orange's Health Department policy... to deny service to anyone not wearing a mask. In fact, I frequently observe customers (not employees) without masks, handling food, eating food, hanging out, lingering, chatting, wandering behind the counter and even handling and preparing food items intended for customers that are doing remote purchases. Yes, non-masked customers are being helpful at peak demand times and preparing/handling food for remote customers. The employees seem to be shy or unwilling to enforce company and California Health guidelines/ policy simply because their loyalty and familiarity of "regular customer's" is more important than other people's health. On Almost every occasion of my many visits to this location involve at least one individual customer that is not wearing a mask. And the clerk has only once, told that person to wear one. The sign upon entering says that a mask is required. But the employees do not follow their company's own rules. The staff are all really and truly good and nice people, and they work really hard, for relatively small wages (I assume). So I understand their predicament. But for the good of the community, the 7-11 corporation and the franchisee should give them more authority and support them in doing what is needed to suppress the spread of the current Covid crisis and disease in general."
