"I had a highly disappointing experience with Badger Mutual Insurance when my 81 year old mother’s 2008 Saturn Vue was declared a total loss. Despite the vehicle's low mileage of only 33,000 miles, Badger Mutual Insurance failed to pay a fair market value. They used comparable vehicles that had 60,000 or 80,000 more miles on them. This left my mother feeling undervalued and frustrated with their claims process. I spoke with the Vice President of Claims Kathy Bubeck and the President of President Dan Nigel. They were ignored my proof of the value of my mother’s vehicle. I also spoke with Claims Adjuster Dan Filo. He was extremely disrespectful and arrogant. It's crucial for insurance companies to uphold fairness and transparency, and unfortunately, Badger Mutual fell short in this regard. I would strongly caution others considering their services to be prepared for potential undervaluation in case of a claim."
