"Took my sport car in to get evaluated (slid into curb sideways) and was told for $2500 they can fix my bent rear tire. I said ok great thank you let’s do it. Lady calls me back 1week later and says parts are swapped (most rear suspension) and I owe $2800 and it’s 50% fixed because of swapped parts but I need to find another garage cause rear wheel is not straight still and they have no recommendations. Not sure why a garage would take on a $3k job they are not capable of or unsure of and just hoping for the best. I would have taken it to any other shop with actual knowledge. DO NOT TRUST they will guide you to a huge repair bill and ZERO explanations. Called and spoke to mechanic and all he did was argue with me about why I should be happy with the swapped parts! As a customer having a 50% fixed car after $3k in parts I probably didn’t even need, this garage is mediocre at best and a joke. Offered to pay cash and try to lessen my damage money wise (card trans. Tax) and they did nothing to accommodate. I will never trust this business or the kids and backyard mechanic they have evaluating the jobs before hand. Stick to oil changes and tire air ***Luis was amazing before he left the business. It is all downhill now."

"They had my car for over a month. Then I had to return it because they didn't fix the issues I over paid $2300 for. Upon picking it up the 2nd time today they charged me an additional 145 for an issue they should of fixed the first time. As a business owner myself thats horrible service. I'd wouldn't recommend them or be returning. It's no wonder why their mechanics quit I told ."

"I have been going to Welk's for a number of years, always very pleased with their straightforward, honest service. Welk's hasn't missed a step since changing ownership a few years back, nor since changing location. They recently were able to help save a family road trip, as two days before we were to leave my AC suddenly failed. A quick call to Luis, the owner, and he got my vehicle in and repaired in short order. These guys are terrific."

"Taking them to small claims court after a refusal to honor labor warranty. Replaced 4 brakes, bolt fell off a caliper, punctured my rim, and they refused to reimburse for all the damages. Took to another mechanic after was left stranded and they said all four sets of caliper bolts were not tight, confronted owner, insinuated that I was lying. So off to court we go for 5x the repair cost, as I have an expert witness, should be a breeze. You have been warned, they are not to be trusted."
