"I’m really upset… this was my third time going to i-pink as the first two times I had an amazing experience. The third time I had a new person I haven’t seen there before, she was doing mine and another girls nails at the same time. I don’t know what her name was. I got a dip removal from my real nails (had no fake tips) and since my nails had grown out to the desired length I wanted, I just got gel nail polish over them. She did a removal process I had never seen done before and was extremely inefficient. While she was filing my nails, she was so rough with the file that she actually broke my pinky nail and my ring finger nail while filing, and it was broken down to my nail bed so she couldn’t have clipped it off. Then, she was just clipping away so much of the sides of my nails to try and shape them?? I don’t even know what she was doing. When it finally came to painting, Fang did the painting and did an amazing job (Fang is who I had the previous two times and did wonderful). However, after only 6 days the paint was chipped, and my fingers are the most insanely dry I have ever seen them. They’ve been peeling for days… I took the nail polish off completely because the chipping was not appealing… I paid $60 for 6 days of nails and I’m dealing with insanely dry fingers, which I assume is because of the weird method of taking off my dip nails that the other person had done. I’m giving two stars because I was so happy with Fangs service anytime I’ve had her, but man… this other lady needs to get out of there. She’s destroying girls lovely nails and fingers!!! I would go back to i-pink, but I would leave immediately if that lady was my stylist. She had brown hair, kind of like a bowl cut but it was teased. And she had glasses. I think her name was Hong? But could’ve been Helen? I don’t know because she was doing my nails and another girls nails at the same time, so she kept switching chairs."
