"Don't rely on this place for important events. I booked an updo for my wedding 7 weeks in advance for the date. 5 days before I received a text informing me that they made an error and would need to reschedule me to noon. This would be impossible since my wedding was at noon. They offered again via text to book me somewhere else, if they could find a place. I asked for a phone call so that this could be taken care of more easily. When I hasn't recieved a call a half hour later, I started calling and found a place myself. I was eventually called by the receptionist who apologized for the error but she of course was unable to do anything about it."

"I have very mixed feelings about my experience at the salon. My five year old daughter and I had appointments at the same time to get our haircut as a girls outing. The cut I received is great, and I am very happy with the attention paid to me, however, the haircut, my daughter received was not what we had asked for. I came in with a picture and explained that she had cut a small portion of her hair at her eyebrow level, but I was asking for that to be blended into her hair, and that our request for my daughter’s haircut was to have layers put in with face framing. However, when the cut was done, my daughter had a full row of fringe bangs. When I called later to ask why the bangs were cut back in, I was told that my five year old said she wanted her hair that short. I was in the salon when my daughter was asked, albeit, I was getting my haircut at the same time a row away, but I could’ve been consulted. If I had been, I would have again shared that we were trying to grow her bangs out for a year and a half, and had come into the salon to have the grown-out bangs blended back into her hair not to have them re-cut. When I called to ask why this had happened and shared my frustration I was told a note was being put into my daughters file to not cut bangs again. While I appreciate that gesture, I feel that the salon could have done more to retain our business. Perhaps offered to comp a portion of the cost of my daughters haircut, or to provide an incentive for us to return in the future. It just felt that although they had made a mistake, they didn’t care very much about retaining our business. In general, I’ve had very good experiences with this business, and would recommend it for adults. However, this experience has led me to believe that it may not be the best environment for a young child’s haircut."

"I would say it's a mediocre salon at its best. They give you a horrible haircut and all you can do is to apply a lot of har products to cover their inconsistent haircuts. Their receptionists were really rude; they didn't make eye contacts with me and had horrible attitude. Go work somewhere else if you don't like your job. She was extremely rude to the other client who checked out before me as well. Visited July 5th around 7pm. Won't come back for sure! (I see that you reply to the others saying "Our record shows that you have not visited us..." People have accounts just for reviewing purposes. It shows how unprofessional they are even on google! Pathetic! )"
