"There is no breakfast service, no amenities, the rooms have paint peeling off, extremely outdated room setup, mold in the bathroom, spiders hanging on the corners of the bathroom, toilet rocking around, toilet seat coming apart, shower rod barely hanging on, oh and holes in the bedsheets. Makes you wonder what that place might look like under a UV light."

"Bed comfy, pillows great, clean. Called to reserve & asked about breakfast- yes, continential breakfast 6-9a.m. Went to have the continental breakfast - lobby locked, no one at desk. We've stayed here before, but probably won't stay again."

"I am done staying at the north end of this exit...the hotels are more closed than open yet they charge normal rates. This one is no exception. Their tactics are easy to see...close the lobby and you are not obligated to serve any continental breakfast to name one example. Stayed there in August and found out there was no water(after check-in). I had to follow-up on this issue after leaving(because these ripoff artists would never think to contact you) and was told the water was a "city issue" and all guests affected would receive a refund. Two billing cycles later on my credit card and still no refund. A call to the hotel and I am told, "We had a meeting and it was noted that everyone has been refunded." Of course they can't verify it with any records. So, I have now filed a dispute with my credit card company which hopefully will result favorably for me. But it doesn't change the character of the people who own and manage this place."

"We booked this hotel on our road trip because there were pictures of a great outdoor pool and hot tub featured. However, after arriving at the hotel, both the pool and hot tub were closed. By looking at past reviews in the last several months these amenities have been closed for some time. At this point, the photos and descriptions of those amenities should be taken down from their website since they are misleading. I immediately cancelled my reservation and expect a full refund."

"I don't like to give negative reviews, but I'm not impressed with this place. Needs an update or an upgrade. The bed was fine. The shower could be better. NO usb charging ports anywhere in the room! It's 2023 get with the program lol. Dust on the carpet near the walls. Bathroom sink drain smells. Attic hatch in the ceiling. That's a first lol."
