"Over a year ago I had a unique set of reverse-mounting rims mounted with aggressive tires to my mid size truck. The tires and rims were expertly fitted to the truck and I have been very happy with them. Many places won't even touch rims of this type and quality due to risk of damaging them. Fast forward to present day and I notice a slow leak in of the aforementioned tires. I know Silver Lake and their team of technicians are capable of handling these unique rims and tires carefully so I call and ask what they can do. Not only were they able to fit me in same day but they took the truck in, found the leak quickly and patched the tire with no expense to me. They stand by their work, know their craft well and are customer-focused. Dane was particularly helpful and considerate to my situation. I'll be bringing my truck in for all tire and rim repairs going forward as they have earned my confidence through their action. As a bonus they have a very comfortable waiting room."
