"I would rate it 1/4 star! The person that did my pedicure barely spent 15 minutes on my feet. Then charged $14 for 2 designs when it was clearly ONLY 1 (and the stripes aren't the same, my grand babies could of did BETTER!). The Lil guy chased me outside after paying beating on my car saying I owed more money when clearly the lady cashed me out! I told him DON'T ever beat on my car again! It was very unprofessional! I will NEVER EVER return and I recommend EVERYONE else take their business elsewhere, it's NOT IT !"

"I called before I came arrived around 4:30 the pedicure took 2 hours they gave me a plastic print out of prices I chose the 35$ basic pedicure but decided to go with French tip which was a bad choice the whit lines are slanted and gives my feet a deformed look I asked her to fix them and she messes it up worse I was coming to get my nails done by a certain guy he was very rude ignoring me when I was asking if he would be able to do my nails he put on his coat as if he was leaving then one of his regular customers came in he took back off his coat did her nails n left right after they told me to wait for other guy to do y nail n fix my toes and that was at 6:30 moral of this review is treat all customers fairly I spent 109 on my daughter nails and toes and 55 on my toes that I’m going to have to go get fixed elsewhere I get it they were ready to go home but you shouldn’t charge a extra15 for French tip if you can’t make a straight line or don’t tell customers to come in if your in a rush to close!!!!!"

"DO NOT GO HERE! Unsanitary and horrible customer service. I am a licensed cosmetologist and that includes nails. They did not follow sanitary guidelines, they soaked my feet in barbacide, they cut my mother twice and blamed it on her toes but she literally bled through the night. They painting over her blood and she left with cotton over the polish. They didn’t use prep lotion or after care gel for my eyebrows and I still had to go home and pluck all of the hairs they missed. And I had wax in my hair. I have been going here for over a decade and this has never happened before but yesterday was appalling and they won’t refund us. It was $122 for a service I didn’t even fully get. I also had to remind her to give me a massage on a deluxe pedicure and she ended up doing it after my nails were already painted because I asked for it but she was going to completely skip it. I’m extremely upset and disappointed and also disgusted that they wouldn’t refund us for how bad it was. There’s nothing to “fix” because you can’t uncut someone you can’t undo the upsetting experience. It was my first time treating myself since having a baby and I had to pay for a sitter on top of this and it was overall super stressful, never going back there and I suggest you don’t either. They should be reported for not taking proper procedures for blood and barbacide. This picture is after soaking it in a disinfectant because of fear of infection because she didn’t sanitize it properly and kept going with the service even though my mum asked to come back the next day to wait for the blood to stop. She made us pay before my service was done and before I had my eyebrows done. Just overall a nightmare."
