"The place was clean. The atmosphere was calming. BUT...it was waaay too expensive for what I got. I should have went to my other girl. At least I would have gotten crystals & possibly some 3D. And because one person did my toes and a different person did my hands, the designs weren't the same."

"BE AWARE PLEASE ! When I first walked in and explained what service I needed ,the manager told me it would be $55 ...10 min into my manicure , he sends somone over to tell me the cost would be $65 ! Then - After My manicure I witnessed the the manicurist wash the clippers ect ..with soap and water then rewrap them in the same wraper they came in ..After reading all the reviews , I see someone got toenail fungus , THIS PLACE SUCKS AND THEY ARE UNSANITARY !!"

"i went in to have dip nails removed that i had done for a wedding, and wanted to switch to short, simple gel nails for my job. in the past, nail techs either tried to convince me to do longer or more detailed acrylics or seemed disappointed in not being able to do something more fun. not lynn, she was so amazing and gave a full luxury experience with great attention to detail. my nails are so perfect and symmetrical and i love them."

"They are a hit or miss place. I don't believe they use quality materials to do the nails as the gel coat doesn't last long. The pros are they are nice people. They don't give you amenities like some what you assume to be "Upper Class" salons,such as soda,water or wine,but like I said they are nice people and will get you in even if it's a rush job. I guess you can't ask for much if you don't make appointments."

"Inconsistent. Unprofessional. Rude. There is a reason why this place has low ratings.. Got an acrylic set for 60 dollars and just after one week an entire nail popped off and the polish on multiple fingers chipped. I Called to inform them and asked to come in to get them fixed and the lady on the phone was extremely rude and cold. She said they have been doing nails the same for 14 years and it must be my fault and said if I come in I have to pay a fee for each finger I want fixed. Don’t give these people your business. Much better nail salons."
