"They let you book nail repairs online but then they cancel it. Then when you show up they act confused and tell you you don’t have an appointment. Only to later say “you can’t book online you have to just walk in”. And then you look at your account and it says “cancelled by owner”. You schedule an appointment for the time and tech you want. If they don’t want to take appointments for it they shouldn’t give you the option. Make a notation that says “nail repair: walk in only”. Simple. But to cancel it and pretend like YOU’RE the one who is mixed up is really rude and unprofessional. I’ve been a customer for almost 3 years now. Disappointing."

"I have some pretty awful anxiety and PTSD. So getting my nails done is always hard, for the most part though I get through it and enjoy the results. I do this because I anxiety pick my cuticles so bad my fingers will be raw and bloody. I’m not hard to deal with, I give a shape, I pick the color and beyond that it is whatever the nail tech wants. This was not one of those times. I love the color, however the shape is so bad. I froze and shut down. I didn’t say a word during the whole appointment. They were overbooked, rushing, nothing was done with my cuticles which is a large part of why I go in. The shape is so bad I can’t even fix them. I am going to have to go spend more money somewhere else to get this fixed."

"I had an appointment for 3:45, arrived at 3:40. It was very crowded. Did sit and wait for a little while before I got in. BUT I was very pleased with my results once I was seen. I just needed a quick fill on my acrylics and new color and it was hard to find a place to get into right away. The guy who did my nails did a wonderful job and I would go back again. The cost was very reasonable. They do prefer cash payments that offer a small discount off your cost as well. Over all surprising happy with the experience. (Before and after)"

"My experience was great and nails look fabulous! Nice massage chairs, clean facility, and professional staff. My services were performed by Yvette and Lisa. Both were fantastic and I am so happy with what I got. This was an anniversary present from my husband so he is very happy that I feel good about my new nails. I will definitely go back."
