"I had posted a great review a few years ago based on Dr. Borris's expertise, knowledge, common sense, honesty, old school ways and empathy. Dr. Borris has since retired. Sadly this facility has turned into one of thise places that should be avoided. The staff has commented that things are bad now that Dr. Borris is gone. PA Ruiz is terrible! Cocky and rude. Adam's is no Dr. Borris! I'd avoid if at all possible."

"Dr. Adam is the absolute worst doctor I have ever seen. She didn't do an examination, no bedside manners at all. Me and hubby visit there today and was called in separate times but was told to the same answer to find a primary care physician for further check up. How dare you to say that when you didn't perform the initial exam. If i can give a "0" star I would. They need to.close this practice. I want to demand my $25 copay back."

"I’ve come here for years and have never had the misfortune of dealing with PA Ruiz, but last week I had to bring my child in for immediate care and ended up with this man. After our experience with him, I filed a complaint against his medical license and through the PA licensing board and am filing reports through every agency available to me. We’ve had great experiences for years here. I have nothing against the staff, but this man was horrible toward my child. And if you read this Robert, you put me in a position where as a mother, I had to be quiet so you wouldn’t hurt my child more. This is a position I will never be okay being in and while you might have gotten away with it while we were under your care, I will never allow a man to get away with the despicable behavior you clearly have gotten away with years with. Shame on you. And shame on Med Cate for keeping a PA with this behavior towards those in need and distress. My husband came here as a child and we have had nothing but positive experiences with this place but I will never come back again and actively let every mom group in the area to avoid this office. I will not be quiet about the treatment we received here. Do not come. Even in emergency."

"Terribly run place. The best doctor retired - Dr. Boris. Couldn't help but feel there was so bias toward different people all waiting in their cars for care. PA....Ruiz (I now see he's mentioned in the comments below) and staff were joking and laughing at the frustration of a sick patient who was having trouble breathing. Very little compassion and understanding in caring for someone that is feeling poorly. There will be no return visit. We received excellent care at Granite Bay Urgent Care. Totally different experience."
