Went back to the ER half an hour later and have had him wait here for five hours with possible internal bleeding. Staff are very rude and answer with the same answers extremely defensive hospital staff"

"Do not go here if you need medical treatment of any kind. The staff is rude, and does not listen to the patients. Repeated questions and giving same answer to a care worker is a red flag that they either don't understand or do not care to listen. No vitals were taken during the visit and they immediately wanted her to undress for a pelvic exam without checking her vitals or even thoroughly understanding the situation to begin with. She was treated coldly, without compassion, and wasn't being listened to. The staff had no sense of urgency, no empathy, and seemed like they just didn't care. This is not a hospital I would ever recommend to anybody."

"I was there for 7 days and I was dealing with allergic reaction to meds and I had very bad anxiety reaction and wasn't myself and congestive heart failure I was in North 2 - telemetry all the doctors, nurses (a special thanks to my personal nurses great people that really care) aides, cafeteria people and any of I didn't mention (I apologize) everybody in that area thank you for putting up with me I love you all and you do great work!! I would recommend you at Marshall Medical center to any and all your care was above and beyond your call of duty. THANK YOU ALL!!! And then I got a card in the mail signed by all the GREAT people who took care of me telling me what a pleasure it was having me as a patient. It was unbelievable and made me cry. Thank you all you are the BEST anyone could of asked for especially me."

"Thank you for letting me have my miscarriage in your lobby,thank you for the inadequate care that I knew I was going to get. I should have stayed at work, the care you get depends on what you look like ,and which terrible person who lives here is on shift. A rather large amount of the Marshall staff come into the smoke n vape to buy dope pipes is a good indicator that even if u feel like dying to drive somewhere else cuz you might get someone on a high."
